Andrew has been with LetzRoll Offroad since he started it as a baby 11+ years ago. He loves being part of the team because it's his baby, family, and friends. Getting to watch his guys happy and doing what they love is an amazing thing! When asked to pick one of his favorite projects that has been through the shop he said "I honestly love them all! Meeting new Jeepers and downloading my experience to building some of the coolest projects, making people's dreams come true!" Andrew has been off-roading for 26+ years. Some of his favorite moments are with the KOH team, or running the beaches of Mexico with his friends and family. He couldn't possibly pick his favorite place to off-road though because he loves them all in their own right from New Hampshire to Baja! Though Europe is on his list. Andrew's advice would be "Welcome to the best addiction you have ever had! Enjoy the ride, it's not going to end soon. This is not a bucket list sport, it's a lifestyle!"
Erika is LetzRoll Offroad’s Business Manager and has been part of the team for over a year. Erika loves being part of the LetzRoll team because it's more than just a team, we're family. "These guys are like my big brothers, and my kids look up to them so much! When I go out in the shop the guys never hesitate to make sure all of my questions are answered to help build my knowledge of everything offroad." When asked what her favorite project is that she has seen go through LetzRoll, Erika said that she couldn't possibly pick just one! Erika has been offroading for most of her life growing up in Wyoming, but didn't get in to Jeeping until 2 years ago. "All offroad moments are my favorite, from seeing the smiles on my kids face to the freedom and relaxation it brings. You can't beat the amazing times and places with friends and family." Erika has a laundry list of places that are on her offroad "bucket list". From Moab to Black Bear Pass to Mexico and more! Advice Erika would give to someone just starting to offroad would be to separate out what you want and need before you start to build, just because it's something you want doesn't mean that there aren't steps that you need to take in other areas first.
Matt has been with LetzRoll for over 5 years and is our Shop Manager. He loves being part of the LetzRoll team because he gets to work with his buddies. His favorite build that has been through the shop was Scott's Buggy because he had total freedom and got to do whatever he wanted. Matt has been off-roading forever and his favorite is good old-fashioned wheeling with his buddies, heckling each other and hitting the hard trails! His favorite place to off--road is in AZ because there's nothing better! Though his "bucket-list" would be driving all dirt to Moab or Sand Hallow. His advice to someone just starting to off-road would be "Only spend money once. I've wasted more money doing things halfway. Don't build a 44 when you think you might want a 60 in a year!"
Ty just came on as part of the LetzRoll team as the Production/Operations manager. Ty over sees the design, testing, and production of our new bumper line and so much more to come!! Though Ty is “new” to the LetzRoll Offroad team in a sense, he has been part of the family since it all started! One of his favorite projects or custom works that he has worked on at LetzRoll would have to be building the 4493 car and the Ice Cream Truck. “They were technical builds that required thinking through the whole project.” Ty loves being part of the LetzRoll team because it’s a great group to work with. Everyone has the drive and desire to better their work every day. Ty has been offroading for over 15 years. One of his favorite offroad moments would have to be racing NORA with the team. “The adventures and stories we have driving down the Baja can’t be beat!” One of his favorite places to offroad is Mexico, “the scenery and people we meet are amazing, we always enjoy our trips south of the boarder.” On Ty’s offroad bucket list is Moab and Sand Hollow which he plans to be checking off really soon. Advice Ty would give to someone just starting to offroad would be “buy quality products. Nothing is worse than spending money twice.”

"Everyone at the shop is awesome to work with and we are all like a family!" Jayson says that he couldn't possibly pick a favorite that has been through the shop, he has seen so many and loves to watch them get built up. Jayson has been offroading on his own since 1996 and learning about it all well before that! One of Jayson's favorite offroad memories is wheeling with his snowbird friend Charlie and doing almost every trail in Florence Junction in one day! One of his favorite places to offroad is Bulldog Canyon because it's beautiful and close to home. On his offroad "bucket list" is the Rubicon Trail! Advise that Jayson would give to someone just starting to offroad would be to have fun, carry tools like a jack, tire plug kit, and compressor.

"Our employees’ wheel and are highly experienced in what they do!" His favorite project that has been through the shop would have to be the ESAB Jeep for SEMA. Nate has been offroading since he was a baby riding in his dad's Jeep, until he could drive on his own, and hasn't stopped since! One of his favorite offroading moments would have to be wheeling in Cottonwood for the first time. This is also one of his favorite places to wheel because it's good & difficult rock crawling! A place on his "Offroad Bucket List" is Payette Draw. Nate's advice to someone just starting to offroad would be "get out and explore AZ with your rig!"
Steve is LetzRoll’s Head Fabricator and has been with LetzRoll for over 4 years now. He loves being part of the LetzRoll team because this is his passion and what better way to fuel it than working for LetzRoll Offroad! Plus....the race car!!! Everyone is an offroad enthusiast here. When asked what one of his favorite projects would be that he has seen come through LetzRoll, he answered with "I can't pick just one, each rig has it's own personality!" Steve has been offroading his entire life, starting with a 3 wheeler when he was just 4 years old, offroading in some form or another ever since! His favorite offroading moment is any time he gets to wheel with his family. Steve says one of the greatest places to offroad is the dunes. "It's like a free roam roller-coaster with a never ending track. Pick your speed and don't go for a loop." Steve was able to knock a few of his offroad "bucket list" trails off of his list this summer though there is definitely a list. Moab, Tea Kettle Mountain, Potosi Peak, Ouray, Durango, everything in AZ, CA, and NV. His advice to someone just starting to offroad would be to learn to weld or start saving your pennies!
Mike has been with LetzRoll for over a year and is our Master Tech. He loves being part of the LetzRoll team because "It's a good group of people that love to make dreams come true! He has absolutely loved getting to learn how to rebuild coil-overs! Mike has been offroading since he was a kid. One of his favorite moments was when he was young, his dad used to pull him on a sled behind his truck in the snowy mountains. One of his favorite places to offroad now is Sand Hollow. "The mixture of rock and sand is just what the doctor ordered!" Mike says that any wheeling trip is a bucket list trip for him! Mike's advice to someone just starting to offroad would be "It's an addiction and there's no turning back now!"
Gregg loves being part of the LetzRoll team “because of the low pressure environment working with a great group of knowledgeable people.” So far in his 6 months with LetzRoll his favorite project has been working on the new bumper designs for the utilitarian use but is very excited for the projects that are to come! He has been offroading for 20+ years and one of his favorite moments was being part of a large group on a 120 mile trek. One of his favorite places to offroad is the Glamis sand dunes because it combines camping and offroading. Advice that Gregg would give to someone just starting to offroad would be “when riding in the sand dunes, when you reach the top of a dune, turn. This will prevent the possibility of launching straight off the top.”
